  • Are Master’s or PhD programs available?
    Master's and PhD programs are not available for the school year 2025 ~ 2026. Will be notified once a related course is available.
  • Can students who are graduating from college apply?
    Yes, graduates from college can apply to WSUK.
  • Who handles job openings and employment-related inquiries?

  • Are there any limitations on subject selection for UNT?
    Yes, as WSUK is offering two majors which are AI (Artificial Intelligence) and Data Science, students should choose mandatory subjects and 2 specialized subjects according to the group of educational programs (Mathematics and Computer Science). But for 2025 there are no strict limitations for subject selection. Please check the home page of the Ministry of Education for further details.
  • Is the $16,000 USD deposit mandatory for application?
    This is not mandatory for the students from Kazakhstan.
    For students applying from outside Kazakhstan a bank statement is requested. As the amount may vary, please check with the local Kazakhstan consulate office.
  • What exact UNT score is required to apply without submitting an English proficiency certificate?
    For students with high UNT score (119 and above), English score is not needed.
  • What are the application deadlines?
    The application deadline is August 11th (Mon).
  • Is student housing available?
    Yes, an in-campus dormitory is available.
  • Are there any scholarships or financial aid options?
    Yes, WSUK provides New Student Admission Scholarship and Continuing Student Merit-based Scholarship. Please check 'Tuition and Scholarship' at WSUK website (https://wsuk.wsu.ac.kr/sub04/03.html)
